How the PSC online form actually works
A plain-language walk-through of the real steps on psconline1.psc.gov.np. This site never asks for your PSC login — you'll do the actual submission yourself, fully informed.

Register an account
Go to psconline1.psc.gov.np and click Register. Fill in your personal details exactly as they appear on your citizenship certificate — mismatches are a common rejection reason.

Check your SMS and email
Your username and a temporary password are sent to your phone and email. Log in, then set a new password (8–30 characters, at least one number and one special character).

Prepare your documents first
Before touching the form, use the Photo, Signature, and Compressor tools above so your files are the right size and ready to upload in one go.

Find your vacancy advertisement
Click "View All" to browse open advertisements. Note the advertisement code for the post you're eligible for — use the Eligibility Checker above first.

Fill the form and preview
Enter your details, upload your prepared documents, and choose your exam centre. Review everything carefully on the Application Preview page before submitting — corrections after submission are difficult or impossible.

Pay the fee
Pay via Global IME Bank, Rastriya Banijya Bank, or ConnectIPS e-payment. For e-payment, you'll confirm with an OTP sent to your phone or email.
